7 Months...almost

Cutest little princess around!

Wow time is flying...like always. Tylee will be 7 months in a couple days. She is learning so much and loves playing with Creed. Anytime he walks past her she starts kicking and squeals out of excitement. Creed is the best big brother and is always looking out for her, getting her toys, feeding her, hugging her when she is sad and showing her off where ever we go. Shes a small little thing only weighing 15 lbs but she makes up for it in length.

Cowboy Creed

Creed has no fear when it comes to animals. He is always searching for bumble bees, ladybugs, rabbits, and basically anything that creeps or crawls. While driving one Saturday we spotted a local church that had a petting zoo in the parking lot so we pulled over to check it out. Creed has been riding BIG horses with his cousin Kiayn since he was six months old so this little guy was nothing for him and he confidently rode alone and without a saddle. Brave little boy!

Besties

Tylee and her cousin, Delaney, were born three months apart. They are already the best of friends. They talk about shoes, handbags, cute headbands and boys…well only Creed (or at least that is what Jacqui and I interrupt their babble talk to each other to mean). So we take the liberty to dress them alike and have them hang out as much as possible :)

What I get myself into......

So....a couple months ago I got an email from my 'expecting' sister with a link to a maternity dress that she was interested in having ME try to make! I had never made adult clothing let alone maternity clothing!! So I packed up the kids, went to my favorite store (the fabric store) and got to work.

And WAAA LAAAA! Picture on the left is what I tried to copy...picture on the right is my finished product (and no I am not pregnant with sextuplits....I was just trying to show off the maternity aspect of the dress:)

Grandma Afton's Visit

Grandma Afton came to visit us for a week and we put her right to work....

Creed loved to climb on her lap while she was in the middle of crocheting flowers for Tylee

We had gone downstairs for only a few minutes and came up to find Tylee with a mouth full of dirt...silly girl

We had some lazy days and some action packed/crafting days

TIME OUT!

The other night while we were watching TV, Creed was playing with his trains like always. He started getting really frustrated and yelling at Toby. He then pulled Toby from the other trains and the tracks and said “TIME OUT”! He walked Toby the train over to his time out spot sat him on the ground and walked away saying ‘TIME OUT’. We were trying our hardest not to laugh and to pretend we didn’t see what just happened….I guess he does understand what is going on after all. I just wonder what Toby did to deserve time out :)

6 Months

Happy 6 months to you Tylee!!

Tylee is the definition of Princess! She loves being held and played with. She is definitely a Mommas girl. She has recently been tested for milk/soy allergies and we are anxiously awaiting the results. Other than the dairy problems she is a happy little baby and a joy to our family!
