Light The Night Walk

Last Friday we were able to participate in the Light the Night Walk for Leukemia. I was very skeptical and nervous but it ended up being a great experience and good oportunity to tell the kids about Grandma Jacque and why she is not here on the earth with us anymore.

Red means you are walking in support, white walking as a survivor, gold walking in remembrance of someone.

Dani is in our ward and is an 8 year survivor!

Once night falls you walk with LOTS of people around on the trails with red, white and gold balloons lighting the path. It was an amazing sight to see.
