We had a little family/next door neighboor get together tonight for tylee's 2nd birthday.

Sad part of the party. I made two dishes of Chicken Enchiladas...not only was this one a little burnt but when I set it on the counter to serve the glass pyrex dish exploded! It was crazy. Glass everywhere! Needless to say we all got half an enchilada instead of two full slices.
