While Nonna was in town visiting we took full advantage of her and weekend on a weekend "stay-cation'. We went downtown and stayed in a nice hotel, not like the 'nice' hotels we stay in driving from KC to Denver :)

Our hotel. We ate at the Skies which is that circular part on top. It slowly spins so in the duration of our meal we saw all of downtown.
We ate at Gates BBQ. Its basically famous Tech N9ne made this rap video about it. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6CWOsRXee0)
Their slogan is "Hi, may I help you" and the five women behind the counter would randomly scream it out with a southern twang. They might even say it while they were already helping you. It was a bazaar ordering experience.
